工作職責
1 將柯打輸入及派發給予司機, ,確認所有柯打沒有被遺漏。
2 與客戶溝通,了解及確認各柯打的要求,基本客戶服務,
3 向客人發出發票,等等文件工作。
4 處理一切投訴,與客戶溝通。
5 當有任何交通意外的處理應變。
要求
1 無需經驗, 只需有責任心,彈性工作,能處理經常變化的工作。
2 中文電腦輸入,基本要求每分鐘25-40字
3 windows, Microsoft office 等等

Job responsibilities
1 Data Entry and Inform the drivers of the work arrangements and confirm that all jobs have not been missed.
2 Communicate with customers, understand and confirm the requirements of each request, basic customer service,
3. Issue invoices to guests and other paperwork.
4 Handle all complaints and communicate with customers.
5. Respond to any traffic accidents.
Require
1 Responsible, flexible working, able to handle frequently changing work. Working experience isnt the main concern.
2 Chinese input basic requirement is 25-40 words per minute
3 computer skills, like windows, Microsoft office etc.
