Responsibilities
- Negotiate repayment schedule with customers
- Handle enquiries related to repayment matters
- Make reminder calls
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE graduates or above
- Debt collection experience is preferable
- Working experience in customer services / telemarketing is an advantage
- Capable of spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is advantage
- Fair written English
