Administrative Assistant (3-Month Contract)

Our client is a well-established hotel group overseeing a portfolio of luxury hospitality brands across Asia and the US. Renowned for its highly personalized and human-centric approach, the company is dedicated to delivering unique, excellence-driven service experiences to exceed guest expectations.

They are now offering a 3-month contract opportunity for a high-calibre administrative support professional, and welcome applications from candidates aged 50+.

 

  • Report to the department head and assist with day-to-day office management
  • Handle meeting logistics including scheduling, venue and tech/equipment arrangements, catering and material preparation
  • Liaise with the building management office on staff/visitor access, maintenance and repair issues, and safety or security matters
  • Assist with new hire onboarding preparation including seating arrangements
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, oversee pantry cleanliness and replenishment of drinks and snacks
  • Manage key documents, filing systems, and data update
  • Process reimbursement reports, submit claim forms and follow through on all claims
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

 

  • Solid administrative experience from MNCs or sizeable organizations in the hospitality industry
  • A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agile, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Organized, presentable and detail minded
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Comfortable communicating and interacting with colleagues of different nationalities
  • Possess high integrity and respect confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS office, and knowledge of Canvas graphic design an added advantage

 

Contract Period: Mid July - Mid October (3 Months)
 
Flexible Work Hours: 7:30 am -4:30 pm / 8:00 am - 5:00 pm/ 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday
 
Work Location: Quarry Bay
