Japanese Omakase Sous Chef:
Duties :
・Directly responsible for all kitchen functions with assisting the head chef
・Ensure the smooth operations of Japanese hot kitchen
・Ensure food safety and hygiene standard in the kitchen
Requirements:
・Japanese Omakase/ Kappo style restaurant experience is required at least 3 years.
・Have a passion in Japanese Omakase cuisine.
・Ability to organize, prioritize and anticipate.
・Effective communication skills.
・ Language skills, such as English and Japanese, are required.
・ Immediate available will be an advantage
・ Japanese candidates currently based in Hong Kong are encouraged to apply
