Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact. Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency across all touchpoints, including hotline, email, and instant messaging on various platforms (including LUSH official website, Tmall Global Store, JD Global Store, LINE, and other potential platforms)
Support digital sales operations by processing orders, providing timely after-sales support, and troubleshooting any technical issues to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
Go beyond answering questions by offering thoughtful consultations. Use your knowledge to recommend the ideal LUSH products tailored to each customer's unique needs
Proactively resolve issues with a positive and flexible approach, always aiming to turn every customer interaction into a positive and memorable one
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (E-commerce, Retail, Warehouse, Product, etc) to achieve customer service excellence in alignment with company standards
Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet operational requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following attributes:
Over 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (Call center, Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service)
Resilient, positive, self-disciplined, and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Proficiency in written Traditional and Simplified Chinese is essential
Proficient computer skills, must be a fast Chinese typist
Availability to work 3 days per week, shift duties required, including day shift (9-6), night shift (12-9), weekends, and public holidays. Special working hours may be required during peak seasons, as needed by the business
Immediate availability is highly preferable
