Assistant Manager, CS Division
- Supervise and lead the customer service team to achieve performance goals;
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism;
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company policies;
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes;
- Prepare and analyze reports to track customer service metrics;
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement solutions;
- Ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements:
With educational level post secondary or above 1-2 year experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related area preferred
A good team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
Mature, well organized and self-motivated
Proficient with MS Office, especially in Excel
**Immediately available or with short notice preferred***
Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Supervisor.
Working schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00
Required to work one Saturday shift per month from 09:00 to 13:00.
Work at Container Terminal 3 Kwai Chung District
