Assistant Customer Service Manager
This position is suited to a highly motivated individual, who is determined to develop his / her career in customer service field in a thriving business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising a team of staff in providing logistics service to the customers
- Provide support to new projects in the department
- Support the collaboration with other departments to achieve company goals
- Proactively liaise with customers to ensure the quality delivery service
- Drive the team performance with the help of computer system to schedule and allocate the resources effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
- With educational level post secondary or above 1-2 year experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related area preferred
A good team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
Mature, well organized and self-motivated
Proficient with MS Office, especially in Excel
**Immediately available or with short notice preferred**
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00
Required to work one Saturday shift per month from 09:00 to 13:00.
Work at Container Terminal 3 Kwai Chung District
