Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Oversee daily shop operations, welcoming visitors and presenting furniture and home décor collections.
• Assess customer needs, respond to inquiries, and deliver exceptional service to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
