Our client, a Japanese company located in Hong Kong which manufactures and sells cooling, power and servo systems, is now looking for a Part Time Sales Coordinator to support their operations.
Job duties:
- Responsible for sales & purchase order processing, ERP system updates etc.
- Preparation of delivery documents, credit/Debit note, payment request, etc.
- Providing clerical support to Sales Team in Hong Kong & Shenzhen
- Follow up customers’ enquiries and requests
- Coordination with Headquarter/Factories in Japan and Factory in Philippines
- Prepare monthly reports and analysis and take up ad hoc. assignments as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with MS Office Excel (VLOOKUP, function), Word, Power Point, Outlook etc. and knowledge with Flex System is an advantage
- Fluent in Cantonese and conversational English and Mandarin
Details:
- Tsim Sha Tsui, 2-3 days per week (Wed or Thur is a must)
- Contract Period: 6 month
- Hourly wage: HKD 90 - 110 per hour
