Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.
The Division
The Sports Business Division is responsible for the entire sports business portfolio and drives end-to-end commercial growth across horse racing, football, lottery, and emerging sporting opportunities. It focuses on strategic marketing to attract and retain diverse customer segments, leads the Racecourse Masterplan development, spearheads new ventures with global growth potential, and manages the sports wagering portfolio to drive revenue and profitability.
You will
- Supporting the Customer Research and Insights (Voice Of Customers) team in analysing the data collected from different surveys
- Consolidate, clean, translate, and analyse customers’ detailed feedback collected from various channels, including but not limited to survey data and HKJC app feedback
- Develop and apply robust coding frameworks to categorise customer feedback
- Support in the visual presentation of survey results on PowerPoint slides
- Assist in setting up various mini-surveys using the designated survey platform
- Provide support in other administrative work as required
You should have
- Secondary graduated
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel (knowledge in Excel formulae and Pivot Tables) & MS PowerPoint
Pay-rate
Working Schedule
- Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00
- Average 2 days per week*
*Actual working hours would depend on operational needs.
