About The Role
Our client is hiring a Sales & Marketing team member to help grow our presence in the architecture/interior design market. This position combines client relationship development with marketing coordination, including events, product storytelling, and lead nurturing—supporting our mission of sustainable, innovative craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors through regular outreach, visits, and industry networking.
Present product portfolios and material applications, tailoring recommendations to project needs and design intent.
Coordinate marketing activities such as trade shows, networking events, product launches, and outreach campaigns.
Support creation and organization of marketing materials (product sheets, case studies, presentation decks, basic content coordination).
Track leads and opportunities in CRM, maintain clean records, and provide basic pipeline/market insights to improve targeting.
Coordinate quotations, orders, and delivery timelines with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Provide post-project follow-up and identify opportunities to introduce additional materials/solutions on ongoing jobs.
Requirements
2+ years experience in a client-facing role related to sales, marketing, business development, or account servicing (B2B preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain product value clearly and professionally.
Cantonese + English proficiency required for client communication and documentation.
Interest in design, materials, and market trends; knowledge of construction/interior finishes/luxury goods is a plus.
Organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities (clients, events, follow-ups, coordination).
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM familiarity is a plus.
High Diploma or above in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related disciplines.
