About The Role
Our client is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support their client engagement and project coordination work with partners in the architecture and interior design sectors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing details, and helping turn design requirements into workable solutions—while being part of a commercial team.
Responsibilities
Support client enquiries by preparing product information, samples, quotations, and proposal materials.
Coordinate day-to-day communication with designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery arrangements.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track client interactions, follow-ups, and opportunity status.
Assist with client meetings/visits by organizing presentation decks, product portfolios, and material application references.
Support contract/order documentation and ensure information is aligned across sales and operations.
Participate in trade shows and networking events (as needed) to help expand industry connections.
Provide post-order follow-up and assist in identifying additional needs on ongoing projects.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales support, client coordination, account support, or a related commercial role (construction/interior/finishes exposure is a plus).
Comfortable communicating with clients and internal stakeholders; able to manage multiple tasks with good attention to detail.
Bilingual (Cantonese and English) for day-to-day coordination and client communication.
Interest in design trends/materials; knowledge of decorative finishes/building materials is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
High Diploma or above (Business/Sales/Marketing or related disciplines preferred).
