工作職責:
• 產品比較,以及與供應商協調索取報價
• 與不同部門緊密合作,跟進採購訂單及貨品運送進度
• 下單及跟進貨期事項
• 更新產品規格及相關資料
工作要求:
• 中六或以上程度
• 有1至2年採購經驗者優先
• 具有良好的電腦操作和熟練使用Microsoft Excel
• 具有良好的溝通能力,有責任感,注重細節,能獨立工作
• 能立即上班者優先

Job Responsibilities:
• Execute product comparison and price negotiation
• Closely work with different departments to ensure supply triggered and replenishment made, ensure timely shipment schedule to avoid out-of-stock situation
• Place and follow up order to ensure on-time delivery
• Update product specifications and other related data, and handle ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
• F.6 or above
• 1 to 2 years' experience in merchandising/ purchasing is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good communication skills, responsible, detail oriented and can work independently
• Immediately available is highly preferred
