Responsibilities
· Assist to the HR team to handle administration and supporting works
· Perform accurate data and update information on schedule
· Support front desk services and back-office administration
· Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration / Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
· With hands-on experience of clerical support includes data update, filing, material preparation and organization etc.
· Strong in MS Excel (Vlookup & Pivot Table) and familiar with MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
· Able to work independently, as well as a good team worker
· Willing to learn, well-organized and detail-minded
· Good communication skills in Chinese and English
· Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
