We are looking for Fitness Officer / Fitness Assistant based at Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Fitness Officer / Fitness Assistant, we rely on you to:
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Fitness Centre and Health Club facilities
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of gym facilities and equipment
- Proactively interact with members, providing general fitness guidance and facility usage support
- Support personal trainers by coordinating bookings, fitness training, and orientation programmes
- Monitor equipment conditions, coordinate repairs, and manage maintenance schedules
- Perform routine checks and other duties as assigned by management
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in fitness, health club, or hospitality
- General knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise practices
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded, well-organised, and a strong team player
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
