Pigeon Management Supervisor（AFCD 漁護署）

Requirements:

• The Service Provider shall deploy Pigeon Management Supervisors who can meet the following minimum experience and qualifications requirements:
• Attain the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent;
• Hold a diploma or above academic qualification in any discipline;
• Have experience of at least one (1) aggregate year in customer service within two (2) years prior to the original Quotation Closing Date;
• Be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, read and write Chinese and English;
• Be willing to contact people and animals (preferably with animal handling experience);
• Be able to handle a considerable amount of complicated documents;
• Be able to handle database entry with efficiency;
• Inspect and sample live animals in the field if necessary;
• Be familiar with computer language and system framework development skilled in MS-Office softwares and preferably with some knowledge in computer system programming; and
• Must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in procurement exercises and related works;
• Provide clerical assistance for daily operational needs;
• Provide support for the education and publicity works;
• Create and manage case files for public complaints;
• Monitor and update progress of complaint cases;
• Handle and follow up complaints if necessary; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
