Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works for properties
- Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement
- Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
- Manage contractors for works progress, quality and carry out take over inspection
- Supervise frontline technical staff on work allocation, assigning tasks, repairing and maintenance work
- Execute corrective and planned maintenance of building facilities, building services equipment and systems
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Building Services / Building Surveying/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
- Proficient in computer applications, e.g. AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel
- Able to work under pressure
- Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Holder of Grade B registered electrical worker certificate or above will be an advantage
