Duties:
(i) To handle booking applications including data input, checking and filing through computerized booking system
(ii) To provide customer services and answer customer enquiries via telephone or at the booking counter
(i) To collect, checking and consolidate booking related data and returns
(iv) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Requirement:
(1) a permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and be lawfully employable in Hong Kong
(ii) Associate degree/ Higher Diploma holder with at least two years post qualification full-time working experience in customer services
(iii) has good command in spoken and written Chinese and English and good command in Putonghua
(iv) possesses solid computer skills in MS Word and Excel (typing speed of Chinese should not less than 30wpm, while English, 35wpm)
(v) possesses good customer services knowledge
(vi) must be punctual, attentive to details and well-organised
(vii) be able to work independently and systematically
(viii) has knowledge of computer database management is preferred
(ix) has working experience in Government-run Office is highly preferred
Working Location: Yuen Long District government office
Normal Working Hour: 09:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri, 45 hour per week, may need OT 18:00-22:00)
Contract Period: May 2026 - April 2027 (1-year contract)
Salary: $95-$100/hour
