Salary:
$20,000-$25,000 (Salary will be determined based on relevant experience.)

Requirements:
- Passionate in education field, LOVE children
- Diploma or above
- A minimum of one year’s customer service experience in an education centre is required.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication skills, warm, patient, customer-oriented, organised, mature and detailed-minded
- Willing to work flexible hours or in shift
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and create a positive first impression, ensuring a warm, happy and inviting atmosphere in the centre
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide course consultation
- Work closely with NETs to monitor student progress and schedules
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain a clean and organised centre environment
- Assist in events, curriculum coordination, supplier liaison, and other administrative works
- Issue invoices and maintain cash register
