Requirements:
- Completed Secondary 5 or above, with Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including Chinese & English languages in HKDSE / HKCEE, or equivalent
- Previous work experience in customer service and event support will be an advantage
- Good knowledge in computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, Windows Media Player and Chinese Word Processing (倉頡或速成)
- Skillful and efficient in use of editing computer software such as Audacity, with multi-media editing experience is preferred
- Good command of written Chinese and English; be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage

Job Duties:
- To edit the digital audio and video collections of literary activities
- To perform clerical duties, such as typing, photocopying, scanning, documents sorting, data compilation
- To answer general telephone enquiries regarding literary programmes and related competitions
- To conduct simple labour work, such as distribution, packing and unpacking event materials and publicity items
- To conduct mailroom duties, such as envelopes preparation, mail distribution, bulk mailing and record-keeping
- To perform proof-reading work for the publication and promotional materials of literary activities
- To assist in office and meeting room set up and decoration
- To provide clerical and general support as assigned by supervisors
