Requirements:
- Completed Secondary 4 or above
- Have at least 3 years' full-time work experience in providing administrative/clerical/office support, including at least 1 year of which was in Government Bureaus/Departments before, and preferably in the LCSD
- Good command of Chinese and fair English, be able to speak fluent Cantonese

Job Duties:
- Provide circulation as well as receipt & dispatch services for the office
- Deliver or pick up materials to/from the office or any other locations as required, including documents, files and any other packed materials which may be heavy
- Stock-take, sort and re-organize files stored in various store rooms
- Assist in the collection and distribution of office stationery/equipment
- Assist in the operation of the office equipment and replenish consumable items in the office
- Assist officer in photocopying and mailing matters
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare and arrange drinks and refreshment for meeting held in the office
- Carry out other duties as assigned
