The Job:
- Work inside the Hong Kong Airport.
- Telecom network operations, tier 2 support on system & infrastructures, diagnoses, troubleshooting, problem fixing, etc.
- Project implementation & daily operations; install, configure, testing and change request, etc.
- System changes, network changes, patch updates.
- Assist infrastructure ad hoc tasks.
The Requirements:
- Degree in Computer, IT, or equivalent.
- CCNA / CCNP is a plus.
- Experience with CheckPoint / Huawei equipment is a plus.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Switch and Router (layer 2 & 3), Policy based routing, OSPF and BGP technologies, load balancing, network resilience and redundant design, network segmentation, network performance monitoring & diagnosis.
- Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Independently perform technical tasks including project implementation and UAT testing.
- Willing to work after office hours.
