The Job:
- Work inside the Hong Kong Airport.
- Coordination with various parties for engineering needs and requirements.
- Radio network troubleshooting including network statistics analysis.
- Developing tools for monitoring mobile radio performance and alarm prediction.
- Mobile radio network feature evaluation.
- Mobile radio coverage optimization, drive test analysis, parameters tuning.
- Mobile base station software upgrades.
- Draft change requests for management approval before implementing the change in the live network.
The Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronic or Telecom Engineering or equivalent.
- Minium 2 years’ working experience in the Mobile Telecom industry.
- Independent, self-motivated and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- May need to work at nighttime to implement planned mobile network activities.
