Our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Coordinator/ Sales Manager to join the team. Experience in the fabric or garment industry is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Coordination
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Key Account Sales Team, including communication follow‑up and order coordination.
- Prepare quotations and handle daily correspondence with key customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of orders, delivery schedules, production status, pricing, and related documentation.
- Consolidate sales reports, order trackers, and key account performance summaries for internal review.
2. Customer Communication
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for key customer inquiries relating to samples, lead times, order status, and required documentation.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, R&D, and Production teams on sample development and related approvals.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain smooth communication, understand customer needs, and strengthen long‑term relationships.
- Support customer meetings, business visits, and presentations by preparing necessary materials, data, samples, and follow‑up actions.
3. Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the Head Office Sales Team and Production units to ensure timely and accurate execution of key account orders.
- Track and follow up on sample and bulk lead times, lab dip progress, approvals, and other development milestones.
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues that may affect order fulfilment, production timelines, or customer satisfaction.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in textile sales; experience in flat knitting yarn or sweaters is highly preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and manage tasks within tight deadlines.
- Experience in the fabric or garment industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive team player with strong problem‑solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Able to perform well in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Willing to travel occasionally to the head office in China or attend overseas exhibitions.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
