Your daily duties:
- Prepare daily accounting vouchers;
- Handle transactions with HQ & overseas agents;
- Review and handle administrative and operation costs;
- Answer inquiry from service vendors and overseas agents;
- Document scanning and filing;
- Any Ad hoc duties assigned by manager and supervisor.
How to join the OCSHK family:
- Holder of LCCI Intermediate / Higher Accounting or equivalent qualification;
- Minimum 1 year of solid, exclusive experience in the Accounting field (required for senior-level consideration);
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Junior Accounting Clerk position, with salary range aligned with general grade level;
- Candidates with full-set accounting experience are highly preferred;
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Access. Experience with accounting software is an advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Ability to speak Japanese is a definite advantage;
- Occasion travel to PRC warehouse for document filing might be required;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Your working schedule:
- 5 days of work week
- Monday to Friday
- 0900-1800
