About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accounting Manager to join our finance team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and driving operational efficiency within the Finance Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports for the company and the Group;
- Participate in financial forecasting, budgeting, and other ad-hoc financial projects;
- Review and monitor the day-to-day operations of the Finance Division to ensure compliance and efficiency;
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness of financial operations;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent disciplines.
- Professional Qualification: Qualified member of ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience exclusively in financial reporting.
- Applicants must demonstrate a clear understanding of industry-specific processes and challenges.
- Supervisory Skills: Proven experience in supervising or leading a team.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent Cantonese is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of Python or other database/analytical tools is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Candidates with experience in the courier or logistics industry will be given priority.

Working Schedule
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1800.
