旅客服務助理 Passenger Services Assistant

主要職責


  • 協助處理輪椅服務相關工作。
  • 協助櫃檯設置、開櫃及關櫃工作。
  • 協助處理公司郵件。
  • 協助運送客戶航空公司的物資。
  • 按需要參加培訓課程。
  • 完成上司指派的其他工作。

入職要求

  • ​中三程度或以上。
  • 能操英語、普通話及廣東話。
  • 具相關工作經驗者優先。
  • 為人成熟、勤奮,並具備照顧長者的能力。

Responsibilities

  • To perform wheelchair services handling.
  • To assist counter setting, open & close counter.
  • To assist in handling company mail.
  • To assist in delivering client airlines stocks
  • To attend training sessions, as and when required.
  • To complete other assignment allocated by his / her superior.

Requirements

  • Form 3 graduate or above.
  • Able to speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Relevant experience in preferable.
  • Mature, hardworking, and able to take care of elderly.
