Job Duties:
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and payroll administration
- Assist in handling recruitment including job advertisement posting, CV screening and interview arrangement
- Provide support to HR team but not limited to preparing letters, data input, filing and record keeping
- Participate in ad hoc assignments, reports preparation and other duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Self-motivated, attentive to details and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Work Pattern: Monday to Fri
