Job Responsibilities 主要職責:
- Responsible for cleaning hotel rooms and providing turn down service to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standard 負責清潔酒店房間及提供翻床服務,確保清潔度符合酒店標準。
- Set up furniture and replenish room amenities according to hotel guidelines 根據酒店指引設置家具並補充房間用品。
- Maintain cleanliness on the floors and respond to guest inquiries promptly 保持樓層整潔,並迅速回應客人查詢。
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor to ensure guest room in good condition 向主管報告任何機械上的故障或維修的需求,以確保客房狀況良好。
- Handle and deliver guest requests professionally 專業地處理和回應客人要求。
Requirements 要求:
- At least 1-year housekeeping experience in a premium hotel 至少1年在五星酒店的房務員經驗。
- Demonstrate integrity and initiative 展現誠信和主動性。
- Hardworking and responsible 具有勤奮及有責任心。
- Proficiency in Cantonese; basic communication skills in Mandarin and English 精通廣東話;具備普通話和英語的基本溝通能力。
Work Schedule 工作時間:
- Work 5 days a week 每週工作5天。
- Daily shift of 9 hours (including 1 hour of meal) ; must be willing to work rotating shifts 每天工作9小時(包括1小時用餐時間);必須願意輪班工作。
