接聽熱線查詢,解答客人有關銀行服務或產品的查詢
於各大指定零售地點主動推廣相關產品及服務
跟進客人意見或投訴
入職要求
具備半年或以上客戶服務及推廣工作經驗為佳
主動、以禮對待、守時及抱持認真工作態度
良好溝通技巧及能於壓力下工作
能操流利廣東話,具英語及國語能力將優先取錄
