Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the trading of sugar products across Hong Kong (including Taikoo and other key product lines), China, and Southeast Asia.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, data analysis, and trend monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners to maximize trading potential.
- Develop new accounts and expand existing portfolios to achieve sales growth.
- Proactively explore potential markets and initiate strategic business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver and exceed company sales targets and budget expectations.
- Provide professional customer service and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in international trading, preferably in commodities or the food trading sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven commercial acumen.
- Highly proactive, positive, and driven to achieve results.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese—both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Able to travel occasionally for business needs.
