Responsibilities:
· Execute accurate data entry, voucher and journal preparation;
· Manage end-to-end payments, receipts, and employee expense claims;
· Handle the calculation and recording of revenue, provisions, and accruals;
· Review bank reconciliation;
· Handle month-end closing process and compile comprehensive accounting schedules;
· Assist in the coordination and execution of annual financial audits;
· Collaborate in optimizing daily accounting workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency;
· Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on in-house accounting experience, with a focus on bookkeeping;
Possession of LCCI Level 2 qualification with Distinction;
High proficiency in using MS Excel, Word and Chinese word-processing software;
Fluent Communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
Proactive self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment;
Strong interpersonal skills with effective cross-team collaboration and clear financial communication.
