Responsibilities:
-Assist in general clerical and administrative support in department
-Assist in organizing PR and promotional events/campaign, such as seminars, presentation ceremonies
Requirements:
-University undergraduate or above
-Preferred with marketing support, data entry and phone follow-up experience
-Good telephone manner
-Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook and Chinese Word-processing
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; 2-3 full days per week available is preferred. (Please state your available working hour on CV)
