Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Implementation in India
◦ Lead the company's business layout in the Indian market, including spare parts center site selection, leasing negotiations, and operational system setup.
◦ Research the local battery testing equipment market demand and competitive landscape, and formulate market strategies and annual business plans.
2. Localized Operations Management
◦ Coordinate local resources in India to promote the construction of spare parts centers, team building, and compliant operation.
◦ Establish a customer service and after-sales support system to improve regional customer satisfaction.
3. Cross-Cultural Collaboration and Risk Management
◦ Assess market policy, logistical, and tax risks, and propose optimization solutions.
◦ By combining the characteristics of the Indian market, we dynamically adjust management mechanisms such as supply chain management and after-sales support to improve cost efficiency and risk response capabilities.
◦ Work closely with internal teams
Requirements:
1. Indian nationality ( If have Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card Preferred)
2. University degree or above (Fresh graduates / Current India students are welcome to apply for this position)
3. Fluent in English and the local language (Hindi), with a deep understanding of the Indian business environment.
4. Background in manufacturing, equipment, or new energy sectors is preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and data analysis skills; able to independently drive project implementation.
5. Long-term presence in India/HK, adapting to challenging work at different stages of business operations.

Monday to Saturday *(Alternating week)* 9am-6pm
