Banking - Back Office Operations Checker (票據核對)
Salary: HKD 28,000 - 35,000 per month
Location: Kowloon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM / 12 PM - 9 PM / 8:50 AM - 5:50 PM (Must be available for all shifts)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our sizable team in the Back Office Operations department. As a Checker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of banking transactions and supporting various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with the Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited regarding transaction processes.
Verify branch entries and assist with basic account opening documentation and AML checks.
Familiarize yourself with retail banking workflows and banking policies.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of payment processing and transaction verification.
Familiarity with retail banking procedures and compliance.
Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
