Responsibilities:
- Develop insurance product solutions that support the company's strategic goals. Participate in discussions to design innovative products and effective sales campaigns.
- Lead the preparation and review of product materials to facilitate seamless development and implementation, ensuring all governance requirements are met.
- Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely launch of products and initiatives.
- Administer the special quotation process to tailor solutions for unique client and business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong business acumen and commercial sense, with a passion for creating marketable solutions.
- Aptitude for research and synthesizing complex information into clear management insights.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, written Chinese, and spoken Cantonese.
