Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to overseas project teams
Handle overseas vendors payment requests (with Billing experience is preferred)
Management filing and Contractors and Consultant profiles
Assist in project milestones and program tracking
Follow up on any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Proficient in using MS Office
Mature to work independently, well-organised, detail-minded
Good communication and interpersonal skills
