Location: Tai Kok Tsui
Working Hour: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00
Salary: $28,000 - $30,000
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tender preparation, monitor and control the daily operational activities for routine maintenance, building improvement and emergency service for BOCC
- Provide technical solutions and supports related to maintenance / facilities management / energy management
- Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Building Services / Building Surveying/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
- Proficient in computer applications, e.g. AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel
- Able to work under pressure
- Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Holder of Grade B registered electrical worker certificate or above will be an advantage
