What You’ll Do
• Launch impactful campaigns: Plan and execute online marketing initiatives across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more — optimizing performance at every stage of the funnel.
• Think creatively: Propose innovative ideas for integrated digital campaigns that attract overseas visitors.
• Create engaging content: Develop eye-catching visuals and short-form social clips, paired with compelling bilingual copywriting (Chinese & English).
• Collaborate widely: Work closely with internal teams (sales, exhibitors, etc.) and external partners to ensure campaign success.
• Measure success: Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media tools, preparing insightful reports to guide future strategies.
What We’re Looking For
• University degree in Advertising, Marketing, E-commerce, PR, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing; strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media analytics is essential.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing social media and digital campaigns.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Final Cut Pro / Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator is an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Digital Marketing Executive role.
