What You'll Do
• Drive daily accounting operations with independence and precision — including AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and preparation of schedules.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and reporting packages, delivering insights through financial analysis.
• Manage inter company reconciliations across related parties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead month end closing processes and produce management reports that support strategic decision making.
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure smooth audits and timely tax filings.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of solid accounting experience; manufacturing industry background is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems — experience with implementation or daily use preferred.
• A self starter with sharp attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Deadline driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Immediate availability or short notice period will be an advantage.
