About the role
We are seeking a motivated Client Relations Officer to join the dynamic team at Gold Partners (Asia) Asset Management Company Limited. As a Client Relations Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, contributing to the continued growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and enhance relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients
- Maintain the daily operations procedures of the team to ensure a smooth workflow
- Provide regular reports, data analysis, and audit documents for management and customer review
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- DSE above or any related discipline
- 1 year or above of relevant experience
- Self-motivated, independent & result-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Word, and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
