Responsibilities:
- Perform the role of receptionist to provide high-quality customer service to both external and internal parties, including handling telephone inquiries and greeting guests in a professional manner
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, and courier arrangements
- Perform general office administration duties, such as administrative support, office facilities management, and procurement of stationery, pantry, and office supplies
- Assist in general affairs, corporate events, and staff activities
- Work with teammates to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Form 5 with a minimum of 2 years of relevant reception experience
- Good command of spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
- Proficiency in PC operations, such as MS Office and CWP
- Pleasant, flexible, and mature, with a positive work attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
