Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Monitor IT systems for performance issues and perform routine updates or backups as needed.
- Document support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on basic projects, such as system upgrades or inventory management.
- Working Location: Lok Ma Chau
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with attention to detail.
