Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–6pm (occasional rotation shift every ~2 months: 6:30am–1:30pm or 1:30pm–8:30pm)
Job Duties:
- Provide white-glove IT helpdesk & on-site support to end-users (incl. VIP/executives) on hardware, software, network, printer, IP phone, mobile devices, remote access & backup.
- Troubleshoot & resolve issues on Windows/macOS/iOS/Android, Microsoft 365, VPN, MDM, Bloomberg (stock price), video conferencing (Teams/Zoom), meeting room AV systems.
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system: log, track, escalate, resolve & document incidents with root cause analysis.
- Set up & support VIP video conferencing, collaboration tools & executive devices.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams (infra, cyber, app support) & external vendors; support procurement & compliance.
- Handle IT projects: office relocation, system upgrade/migration, hardware inventory & rental tracking.
- Provide user training, maintain knowledge base & ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Flexible support outside normal hours when required.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT/Computer-related discipline.
- 3+ years hands-on IT helpdesk / technical support experience; MNC/international exposure a plus.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Windows/macOS, Office 365, Active Directory, desktop admin
- Networking, VPN, endpoint security, printer, IP phone, backup
- Helpdesk ticketing (e.g. ServiceNow/ITSM), Bloomberg terminal support desirable
- Video conferencing & meeting room AV systems
- ITIL or similar certification advantageous.
- Excellent English (written & spoken); Mandarin a plus.
- Able to explain technical issues clearly, work under pressure, multitask & prioritize.
- Team player with high discretion, reliability & professionalism.
