Senior Accounting Clerk / Accounting Clerk
Work location: 137 Wong Nai Chung Gap Road
- Bus 6 / 66 can directly go to Central / Admiralty
- Bus 1A can directly go to Exhibition Centre Station
- Bus 41A can go to North Point / Wa Fu
- Bus 76 / Mini Bus No.5 can go to Causeway Bay
Responsibilities
- Carry out full range of accounting functions such as data entries, schedules, reconciliations, account payables/receivables processing
- Preparation of Members’ billing and verification of supporting documents
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing and reporting, costing, inventory stock count & valuation
- Answer billing enquires and solving Members’ problems
- Update bank reconciliation
- Handle full-set of accounts independently
- Other ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time
Requirements
- High Diploma holder in Accounting or LCCI Higher Certificate
- 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (excel and word)
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
- Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
