Responsibilities
Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets, taking accountability for sales performance.
Warmly welcome every client and provide the best customer experience.
Provide professional advice to clients across the brand and all product categories.
Build long-term relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty.
Actively participate as a team member in all activities that contribute to the overall objectives of the store.
Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years' working experience in fashion / luxury retail industry
Self-motivated, mature and good team-player
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
Strong product knowledge to support the team in product maintenance, replenishment, display
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
