Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Sales Team
• Support Sales Team to handle sales enquiries, communicate and coordinate sales related
issues with customers
• Prepare quotations, invoice, delivery note, receipt, reports and other sales related document
• Follow up orders, arrange the shipment and ensure on time delivery
• Other ad hoc projects if required
• Maintain efficient filing and recording systems
• Ad hoc projects if required
Requirements:
• Diploma holder or above in any disciplined
• Minimum 1year related working experience
• Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently
• Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in PC operations such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Immediate availability is preferred
