Our client is hiring Temporary Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. The role will support daily office operations and provide direct support to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office administrative tasks.
- Support the Director with administrative requests.
- Handle digital archiving on the new file storage website.
- Manage insurance matters. This includes health insurance enrolment and maintenance, and other insurance renewals and reviews.
- Resolve eMPF issues and support HRMS system updates.
- Assist with updates to the organization directory.
- Handle bank errands when required.
- Prepare expense reports for the Director.
- Make bookkeeping entries for local office expenses.
Working Hours
- Full day on Friday.
- Two half days on weekdays. The schedule will be confirmed later.
Employment Period
- Start immediately and continue until August 2026.
- There is an option to convert to a full time role.
