Administrative Assistant / Office Administration

Our client is a leading global manufacturing company seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, organization, and support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support to staff and management.

• Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism.

• Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

• Maintain well structured filing systems for both digital and physical records.

• Assist with data entry, record keeping, and office supply management.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or office support.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
