Part Time Receptionist 兼職接待員

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries with high-quality customer services, such as answering telephone enquiries in an excellent manner, replying the emails and serving the customer directly
  • Perform daily administration and clerical support to the services centre
  • Prepare and manage reception area and events and keep these areas clean and organized
  • Provide premium customer services and handle customers' enquiries & complaints
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Need to work on Saturday and Sunday

Requirements:

  • HKDSE/ HKCEE graduates
  • 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Good in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Independent, aggressive, self-motivated and good communication skill
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Immediate available is preferred
