Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries with high-quality customer services, such as answering telephone enquiries in an excellent manner, replying the emails and serving the customer directly
- Perform daily administration and clerical support to the services centre
- Prepare and manage reception area and events and keep these areas clean and organized
- Provide premium customer services and handle customers' enquiries & complaints
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Need to work on Saturday and Sunday
Requirements:
- HKDSE/ HKCEE graduates
- 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Independent, aggressive, self-motivated and good communication skill
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Immediate available is preferred
